Ethical Code of Conduct
Katherine’s Collection is steadfast in our commitment to ethical and responsible business and manufacturing practices. We place the highest value on ensuring that everyone associated with the Company (contractors, subcontractors, factory workers, or 3rd party manufacturers) works to enhance its ethical standards. To help achieve the Company’s ethical vision, the Company works in conjunction with other organizations whose mission is to improve labor standards such as Fair Labor Association (FLA) Bureau Veritas, and Intertek.
The purpose of the FLA was to facilitate better working conditions by establishing standards for minimum wages, overtime pay, child labor and employer recordkeeping. The FLA’s impact is far-reaching, affecting employers and full-time and part-time workers in the public and private sectors. The Company’s primary production facility, located in Asia goes well beyond, to provide wages above minimum wage, private health care benefits, retirement program, and highest standrds of working conditions.
